Includes the short title and effective date provisions only. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: New Act Adds reference to: 20 ILCS 605/46.70 new Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that using moneys appropriated for that purpose, the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs shall establish the Old Man River City Syntegra- tion Grant Program and make grants to the East St. Louis Small Busi- ness Development Council to conduct a series of planning meetings known as "Syntegrations" for the purpose of fostering economic devel- opment in that city. The Department shall adopt rules to administer and implement this Section.
