WOMN'S BUS OWN ACT-DLETE RPEAL                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Women's Business Ownership Act.  Deletes the September      
   1, 1999 repeal date.  Effective immediately.                                
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          20 ILCS 705/20 rep.                                                  
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          20 ILCS 705/20                                                       
        Deletes everything.  Amends the Women's Business  Ownership  Act.      
   Provides  that  the Act is repealed on September 1, 2004 (instead of        
   September  1,  1999).   Effective immediately.
