CRIM PRO-PRIMA FACIE                                                       

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides  that  it      
   is  prima facie evidence of a Class A misdemeanor possession violation      
   of the Cannabis Control Act or a Class 4 felony  possession  violation      
   of  the  Illinois  Controlled  Substances  Act  that  an inmate tested      
   positive for cannabis or a controlled substance.
