Short description: 
CRIMCD-AIDING DELINQNT-MISDMNR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Provides that the  offense  of      
   contributing to the criminal delinquency of a juvenile applies to both      
   felony  and misdemeanor offenses (now only felony offenses).  Provides      
   that if the offense committed by the juvenile is  a  misdemeanor,  the      
   penalty  for  the adult who solicits, compels, or directs the juvenile      
   to commit the offense, is a misdemeanor  one  grade  higher  than  the      
   offense  committed  or  in  the  case  of  the commission of a Class A      
   misdemeanor, the penalty is a Class 4 felony.
