MUN CD-PUB UTILTY RIGHT-OF-WAY                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Adds a new Section concerning      
   public utilities in right-of-way dedications. Contains an only cap-         
   tion.                                                                       
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          65 ILCS 5/117-1.2 new                                                
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          765 ILCS 205/3                                                       
        Deletes everything.  Amends the  Plat  Act.   Provides  that  the      
   location and construction of municipal utilities is an intended use of      
   a fee simple right-of-way dedications, provided that all jurisdictions      
   with  an  interest  in the right-of-way permit the installation of the      
   municipal utilities.
