HOMEOWNER INS NO DISCRM-ABUSE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Insurance  Code.  Prohibits  insurers  from      
   refusing  to  issue a policy of basic property insurance or homeowners      
   insurance because an applicant or  insured  is the subject  of  abuse.      
   Effective immediately.
