Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse  and  Dependency  Act.      
   Adds  to  the Illinois Advisory Council the President of the Community      
   Behavioral Healthcare Association of Illinois or his or her  designee.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Human Services)                           
          HB2196 has no fiscal impact on the Department.
