CRIM PRO-BAIL-NEW TRIAL-TECH                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Code  of  Criminal  Procedure  of  1963.   Makes   a      
   grammatical  change  in the Section that provides that if the judgment      
   of conviction is reversed and the cause remanded for a new  trial, the      
   trial  court  may  order  that the bail stand pending the trial or may      
   reduce or increase bail.
