Provides that, upon request by an authorized designee of the chief executive officer of a municipality or county, the Department of Employment Security shall disclose the names, locations, industrial classifications, and numbers of employees of employers located within that municipality or county when the information is requested in furtherance of industrial and commercial development or retention objectives and programs.
