House Sponsors: FEIGENHOLTZ. Short description: IDPA-HOSPITL SRVCS TRUST FUND Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the "Hospital Services Trust Fund" Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that for hospital services provided after June 30, 1999, the Illinois Department of Public Aid shall by rule establish criteria for and develop methodologies for adjustment payments to hospitals participating under that Article. Requires that those rules take into account the cost of medical education. Effective immediately.
