Increases the fees for jury demands and services of a jury by $12.50. Amends the Counties Code to eliminate the cap on the reimbursement of jurors by the county board. Amends the Jury Secrecy Act. Provides that a judge may prohibit the release of the name of a juror if the judge finds that a reasonable threat of harm to the juror would result if his or her name were released.
