Senate Sponsors: MADIGAN,R-DEMUZIO Short description: GAME BIRD-ENCLOSURE EXEMPTION Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Exempts, from the taxes imposed by these Acts, game or game birds purchased at a "game breeding and hunting preserve area" or an "exotic game hunting area" as those terms are used in the Wildlife Code or at a hunting enclosure approved through rules adopted by the Department of Natural Resources. Excepts the provisions from the sunset requirements. Effective immediately.
