Provides that, in determining eligibility for medical assistance under the Code, the Department of Public Aid shall consider as exempt each month all unearned income which is less than or equal to the current monthly amount of a Supplemental Security Income grant as established by the federal government including, but not limited to, Social Security Disability Insurance benefits and other disability benefits.
