Short description: 
SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT-PUNISHMENT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code, the  Illinois  Marriage  and      
   Dissolution  of  Marriage  Act, the Non-Support of Spouse and Children      
   Act, and the Illinois Parentage Act of  1984.   Provides  that,  if  a      
   person  owes  6  or  more  months of support, the court shall enter an      
   order including one or more of the following: (i) requiring the person      
   to perform community service; (ii) requiring the person to participate      
   in an electronic monitoring program except for periods when the person      
   is  at  work;  or  (iii)  suspending  the  person's  Illinois  driving      
   privileges.  Provides that, if a person owes more than  12  months  of      
   support,  the  court shall enter an order including one or more of the      
   following: (i) imposing either or both of the  punishments  listed  in      
   (i)  and (iii) above as well as requiring the person to participate in      
   a  constant  electronic  monitoring  program;  or  (ii)  revoking  the      
   person's Illinois driving privileges. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code      
   to conform to provisions regarding the suspension  and  revocation  of      
   driving privileges.
