Short description: 
CHILD CR-RE-EXAM FOR ABUSE                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Child Care Act of 1969.  Provides  that  if  a  foster      
   family home or an employee of the foster family home is the subject of      
   a  report  of  child abuse or neglect, the Department must immediately      
   re-examine the foster family home to determine if the  home  continues      
   to meet licensure requirements. Provides that the Department must make      
   a schedule to re-examine that home at least once each year.                 
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Provides that when the home or the employee is the subject of  an      
   indicated  report  under the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act,      
   the Department must conduct a re-examination.                               
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Provides for re-examination of a foster family home that  is  the      
   subject  of  an  indicated report under the Abused and Neglected Child      
   Reporting Act to determine whether the foster family home continues to      
   meet the minimum standards for licensure.
