CRIM CD-INDECENCY-PENALTIES                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of  1961.   Provides  that  a  third  or      
   subsequent  conviction for public indecency is a Class 4 felony (now a      
   Class A misdemeanor). Provides that a third or subsequent conviction        
   for disorderly conduct is a Class 4 felony when the offense is enter-       
   ing upon the property of another and, for a lewd or unlawful purpose,       
   deliberately looking into a dwelling on the property through a window       
   or other opening in it. Provides that a first conviction for this form      
   of disorderly conduct is a Class A misdemeanor (now a Class B               
   misdemeanor).
