Provides that a superintendent, principal, or administrator waives his or her rights concerning contractual continued service by accepting the terms of a multi-year contract only for the term of the multi-year contract (instead of for the duration of his or her employment as superintendent, principal, or administrator in the school district). Provides that upon acceptance of a multi-year contract, the superintendent, principal, or administrator shall not lose any previously acquired tenure credit with the district.
