Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
Amends the Illinois Parentage Act of 1984. Provides that a
complaint or motion to declare the non-existence of the parent and
child relationship may be made after any adjudication of paternity
under a law of this State or in an action in this State to enforce a
paternity judgment of any other jurisdiction in which the man was
adjudicated to be the father of a child if, as a result of

non-existence of the parent and child relationship.
