Provides that the Department of Public Health shall fund an HIV/AIDS community service pilot program which shall include HIV primary care, HIV counseling and testing, case management services, prevention case management services, and street outreach services. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Public Health) Additional fiscal impact may not be incurred as the Dpt. has current programs that may meet the intent of the bill. Funding for a new pilot project is estimated at $70,000; HB1648 does not identify new funding.
