Short description: USE & OCC TX-QUARTER MONTH PAY Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Use Tax Act and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act concerning payment of quarter monthly tax liability. Provides that each payment may equal 12.5% (now 25%) of the taxpayer's liability for the same calendar month of the preceding year with 80% of the taxpayer's actual liability for the year due on or before December 15th and 100% of the taxpayer's actual liability for the year due on or before the immediately following January 15th. Effective January 1, 2000.
