INC TX-FLEXIBLE ACCT WITHHOLD                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act.  Provides  that  an  employer      
   must  state  on  the  withholding information statement the tax-exempt      
   amount  contributed  to  a   medical   savings   account.    Effective      
   immediately.
