Allows a park district to transfer the interest earned on any of the moneys of the district to the fund of the district that is most in need of the interest. Exempts interest earmarked for a designated purpose and interest earned on funds used for the purposes of the Illinois Pension Code and the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act. Effective immediately.
