Provides that at the end of the fiscal year, any funds not pledged for or allocated to a particular purpose may be transferred to and accumulated in a park district's capital improvement fund. Provides that the total amount accumulated in the fund may not exceed 3% of the aggregate assessed valuation of all taxable property in the park district. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Further amends the Park District Code. Provides that the amount accumulated in a capital development fund may not exceed 1.5% (now, may not exceed 3%) of the aggregated assessed valuation of all taxable property in the district. Makes a technical change.
