Short description: 
BUILDING INSPECTORS LICENSURE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Building  Inspectors  Licensure  Act.   Provides  the      
   short title only.                                                           
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          5 ILCS 80/4.20 new                                                   
        Provides  for  the  regulation  of  building  inspectors  through      
   licensure requirements.  Amends the Regulatory Sunset  Act  to  repeal      
   the Building Inspectors Licensure Act on January 1, 2010.                   
          JUDICIAL NOTE (Administrative Office of Ill. Courts)                 
          The bill would not increase the number of judges needed.

          Same as previous note.

          Since the bill is not a supplemental appropriation, the Balan-
