PEN CD-CONTROLLED SUBST INSPTR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Pension Code to  allow  controlled  substance      
   inspectors to transfer credits from the Chicago police pension fund to      
   the State Employees' Retirement System.  Effective immediately.             
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          Fiscal impact cannot be determined, but is estimated to be           
          minimal.
