Short description: 
EMP ASSISTANCE PRO LIC ACT                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates  the  Employee  Assistance  Professional  Licensing  Act.      
   Regulates  employee   assistance   professionals   through   licensing      
   requirements.   Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to repeal the new Act      
   on January 1, 2010.  Effective immediately.                                 
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Professional Regulation)                       
          Total 4 year expenses equal $135,165, and 4 year revenue total       
          is $163,250.                                                         
          STATE MANDATES NOTE (Dept. of Commerce and Community Affairs)        
          HB277 does not meet the definition of a State mandate.
