MAITLAND. 625 ILCS 5/12-606 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 12-606 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the owner or operator of a tow-truck may charge a reasonable fee for the legally-- required removal of debris deposited by the vehicle that is being serviced by the tow-truck. Provides that the owner or operator of the tow-truck shall present the owner of the disabled vehicle an itemized bill for the services and materials required to accomplish the removal.
