DILLARD. 625 ILCS 5/3-645 new Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to create the Emergency Service registration plate. Provides that a person who is employed by an Emergency Management Services and Disaster Agency or the Illinois Emergency Management Agency may receive an Emergency Services registration plate. Provides that the license plate shall cost an additional $15 to be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that the renewal of the license plate shall cost an additional $2 to be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.
