MUNOZ. 705 ILCS 405/5-710 Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that if a minor under 14 commits criminal defacement of property, the court must order at least 30 hours of community service, preferably in the minor's neighborhood. Parents, guardians, and legal custodians who did not use due diligence in supervising the minor must share in the community service.
