RAUSCHENBERGER. 20 ILCS 687/6-6 Amends the Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Coal Resources Development Law of 1997. Increases from $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 the total amount that must be contributed annually to the Energy Efficiency Trust Fund through pro-rata contributions from each electric utility and alternative retail electric supplier in the State.
