Also increases the employee contribution for SLEP service by 2.5% of salary. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) The fiscal impact of HB 4134 has not been determined. The employee contribution for SLEP employees is increased by 2.5%, bringing the total SLEP employee contribution rate to 9% of salary.
