HULTGREN-NOVAK. 765 ILCS 1025/2a from Ch. 141, par. 102a Amends the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act. Provides that, notwithstanding the requirement that business and banking entities report property unclaimed by the rightful owner and earnings to which the owner would be entitled, these entities need not report property or earnings that are for the benefit of another business or banking entity as a result of a transaction that takes place in the ordinary course of business.
