Provides that the Illinois Health Care Cost Containment Council shall study and report on the cost of, availability of price information for, and related impacts of prescription drugs. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Public Health) This bill does not impact the Department of Public Health; the Department defers the fiscal impact statement to the Department of Human Services and/or the Illinois Health Care Cost Containment Council.
