MEYER. 725 ILCS 5/124A-5 Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that the costs of prosecution that are required to be paid by the defendant who has been convicted of an offense include investigative costs incurred by law enforcement agencies, and by fire departments for arson investigations, if requested and documented by those agencies.
