(KARPIEL)

   730 ILCS 130/3            from Ch. 75, par. 32                              

        Amends the County Jail Good  Behavior  Allowance  Act.   Provides      
   that  a  person  convicted  of  criminal  sexual  assault,  aggravated      
   criminal  sexual abuse, or criminal sexual abuse shall receive no good      
   behavior allowance.
