WOOLARD-POE. 5 ILCS 375/10 from Ch. 127, par. 530 Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Provides that a school district whose employees are covered by State group health insurance plans does not need to enroll full-time employees of the district who have waived coverage under the district's plan by participating in a component of the district's cafeteria plan. Defines "school district" as any unit of local government whose primary purpose is education. Effective immediately.
