ZICKUS-MCAULIFFE. (DUDYCZ-O'MALLEY-MUNOZ) 720 ILCS 5/17-2 from Ch. 38, par. 17-2 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person may not use the words "Cook County Sheriff's Police" or "Cook County Sheriff" in the title of any organization, magazine, or other publication without the express approval of the office of the Cook County Sheriff. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
