(SULLIVAN) 5 ILCS 220/3.8 new Amends the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act to allow a municipality to enter into intergovernmental agreements with a township for floodwater management in the unincorporated areas of a county. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes everything. Amends the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act.
