LOPEZ-ACEVEDO-MCCARTHY-BROSNAHAN.

(MUNOZ)

   720 ILCS 570/407.1        from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 1407.1                      

        Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act.  Provides  that  a      
   person  of  at  least  18 years of age who uses, engages, or employs a      
   person under 18 years of age to deliver a controlled, counterfeit,  or      
   look-alike substance may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term up to      
   3 times (now twice) the maximum amount authorized for the delivery          
   of the substance.
