   55 ILCS 5/4-2001          from Ch. 34, par. 4-2001                          

        Amends the Counties Code.  Increases to $15,000 (now $6,000)  the      
   annual amount paid to each assistant State's Attorney in counties with      
   not less than 70,000 and not more than 1,000,000 inhabitants where a        
   State mental health institution is located.
