1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Hank Friedrichs; and
5 WHEREAS, Hank Friedrichs, a resident of Mt. Prospect
6 since the late 1950's; was the owner of Friedrichs Funeral
7 Home; was an active supporter and participant in social,
8 political and community events in Mt. Prospect for many
9 years; and
10 WHEREAS, Hank Friedrichs served for years as the voice of
11 Mt. Prospect High School Football and was the recipient of
12 two Shining Star awards; and
13 WHEREAS, Hank Friedrichs, was chairman of the Mt.
14 Prospect Police and Fire Commission for more than twenty
15 years; he was also active in the Lions Club; and
16 WHEREAS, The passing of Hank Friedrich will be deeply
17 felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife,
18 three children and six granchildren; therefore, be it
19 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
20 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
21 all who knew him, the death of Hank Friedrichs of Mt.
22 Prospect, Illinois; and be it further
23 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
24 presented to the family of Hank Friedrichs.
