1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Beverly Arlene Dragovich, who recently passed away; and
5 WHEREAS, Beverly Dragovich was born in Mt. Olive on
6 December 11, 1927; her parents were Theodore Depolt and
7 Cecelia Noel Hoffman; she married George J. Dragovich on June
8 24, 1950; and
9 WHEREAS, Beverly Dragovich was a homemaker; she attended
10 Gillespie Grade School and was a 1945 graduate of Gillespie
11 High School; she was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, the
12 Zion Choir, Croatian Fraternal Union 217, VFW Auxiliary to
13 Post 5790, the Civic Center, and church quilters; and
14 WHEREAS, Beverly Dragovich will be remembered by all that
15 knew and loved her, especially her husband, George; her sons,
16 Mark (Stephanie), Ted (Amy), and Mike Dragovich; his
17 daughters, Ann (Ron) Fleming, and Mary Jane (Firooz) Farmand;
18 his sister, Iola Pratt; her 15 grandchildren, and one
19 great-grandchild; therefore, be it
20 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
21 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we send our sympathy
22 to the family and friends of Beverly Arlene Dragovich; and be
23 it further
24 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
25 presented to the family of Beverly Dragovich.
