1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 129
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Resolution 129 on page
3 2, by replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:
4 "RESOLVED, That meetings of the Commission shall be open
5 to the public, except when the Commission is considering
6 matters relating directly to the safety of the public that
7 could jeopardize or pose a security breech; and be it further
8 RESOLVED, That reports and written materials submitted to
9 the Commission that may pose a security risk or infringe on
10 the security of a State facility shall be kept confidential;
11 and be it further
12 RESOLVED, That the Commission shall receive assistance
13 from those agencies that it deems appropriate; and be it
14 further".
