91_SJ0074eng 91SJ0074 Engrossed 1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 74 2 (As amended by Senate Amendment No. 2) 3 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its 4 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 5 2000, with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the 6 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g 7 of the School Code; therefore, be it 8 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL 9 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF 10 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, That the request made by 11 Medinah SD 11 - DuPage with respect to parent-teacher 12 conferences, identified in the report filed by the State 13 Board of Education as request WM100-1546 is disapproved; and 14 be it further 15 RESOLVED, That the request made by Robein SD 85 - 16 Tazewell with respect to school improvement/inservice 17 training, identified in the report filed by the State Board 18 of Education as request WM100-1621, is disapproved; and be it 19 further 20 RESOLVED, That the request made by North Pekin - 21 Marquette Heights SD 102 - Tazewell with respect to 22 non-resident tuition, identified in the report filed by the 23 State Board of Education as request WM100-1460, is 24 disapproved.
