 1        AN ACT to amend the Recycled Content Products Study Act.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.   The  Recycled Content Products Study Act is
 5    amended by changing Sections 15 and 90 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 4023/15)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2001)
 8        Sec.  15.  Report.   The  Task  Force  shall  report  its
 9    findings and recommendations  to  the  Governor  and  General
10    Assembly no later than December 31, 2001 July 1, 2000.

14        Sec. 90.  Repealer.  This Act is repealed January 1, 2002
15    2001.
