1 AN ACT concerning taxation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
5 changing Section 101 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 5/101) (from Ch. 120, par. 1-101)
7 Sec. 101. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
8 be cited as the "Illinois Income Tax Act."

10 Section 10. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended
11 by changing Section 14 as follows:
12 (35 ILCS 120/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 453)
13 Sec. 14. Short title; additional tax. This Act shall be
14 known as the "Retailers' Occupation Tax Act" and the tax
15 herein imposed shall be in addition to all other occupation
16 or privilege taxes imposed by the State of Illinois or by any
17 municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.

19 Section 15. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
20 Section 1-150 as follows:
21 (35 ILCS 200/1-150)
22 Sec. 1-150. Taxing district. "Taxing district" means
23 any unit of local government, school district or community
24 college district with the power to levy taxes.
