 1        AN ACT to amend the Code of Civil Procedure.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Code of Civil  Procedure  is  amended  by
 5    adding  Sections  7-103.97, 7-103.98, 7-103.99, and 7-103.100
 6    as follows:

 7        (735 ILCS 5/7-103.97 new)
 8        Sec. 7-103.97.  Quick-take; City of Northlake. Quick-take
 9    proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a  period  of
10    48  months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of
11    the 91st General Assembly by the City of  Northlake  for  the
12    acquisition  of  the  following  described  property  for the
13    purpose of developing a subsidized senior housing complex:
14        (a)  Lots 15 and 16 in  Block  14  in  the  H.  O.  Stone
15    Northlake  Addition,  a  subdivision of all that part (except
16    the railroad) North of Lake Street of the  Northeast  Quarter
17    of  Section  6, Township 39 North, Range 12 East of the Third
18    Principal  Meridian  recorded  July  3,  1930   as   Document
19    #10697148,  P.I.N.  15-06-213-035 and 15-06-213-036, commonly
20    known as 126 South Wolf Road.
21        (b)  Lots 17 and 18 in  Block  14  in  the  H.  O.  Stone
22    Northlake  Addition,  a  subdivision of all that part (except
23    the railroad) North of Lake Street of the  Northeast  Quarter
24    of  Section  6, Township 39 North, Range 12 East of the Third
25    Principal  Meridian  recorded  July  3,  1930   as   Document
26    #10697148,  P.I.N.  15-06-213-037 and 15-06-213-038, commonly
27    known as 134 South Wolf Road.
28        (c)  Lots 19 and 20 in  Block  14  in  the  H.  O.  Stone
29    Northlake  Addition,  a  subdivision of all that part (except
30    the railroad) North of Lake Street of the  Northeast  Quarter
31    of  Section  6, Township 39 North, Range 12 East of the Third

11        (e)  Lots 43 and 44 in  Block  14  in  the  H.  O.  Stone
12    Northlake  Addition,  a  subdivision of all that part (except
13    the railroad) North of Lake Street of the  Northeast  Quarter
14    of  Section  6, Township 39 North, Range 12 East of the Third
15    Principal  Meridian  recorded  July  3,  1930   as   Document

17    known as 144 South Wolf Road.

 2    period  of  36  months  after  the  effective  date  of  this
 3    amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly by the Village of
 4    Melrose  Park  for the acquisition of the following described
 5    property located at 3626 Lake Street, Melrose Park,  for  the
 6    purpose  of  providing additional fire and emergency services
 7    parking:
 8        LOT 8 (EXCEPT THE NORTH 51.0  FEET  THEREOF)  IN  HEATH'S
 9    RESUBDIVISION  OF  LOTS  H,  K,  R  AND S OF BLOCK 7 IN HENRY
10    SOFFEL'S THIRD ADDITION TO MELROSE PARK IN THE  WEST  1/2  OF
11    SECTION  4,  TOWNSHIP  39  NORTH, RANGE 12, EAST OF THE THIRD
12    PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
13    PERMANENT PROPERTY INDEX NUMBER: 15-04-303-058.
14    COMMONLY  DESCRIBED  AS:  3626  LAKE  STREET,  MELROSE  PARK,
15    ILLINOIS.

17        Sec.  7-103.99.  Quick-take;  Village  of  Melrose  Park.
18    Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for  a
19    period  of  36  months  after  the  effective  date  of  this
20    amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly by the Village of
21    Melrose  Park  for the acquisition of the following described
22    property located on the northeast corner of  25th  and  North
23    Avenues for the purpose of redeveloping the property:
24        The   West  570  feet  of  that  part  of  the  Southwest
25    Fractional Quarter, South of  the  Indian  Boundary  Line  of
26    Section  34,  Township  40 North, Range 12, East of the Third
27    Principal Meridian, lying South of the Southeasterly right of
28    way line of the Indiana Harbor Harbor Belt Railroad  Company,
29    and  North  of  the  North line of right of way of West North
30    Avenue as widened, described as follows:
31        Beginning at the intersection of the West  line  of  said
32    Southwest  Fractional  Quarter and the North line of right of
33    way of West North Avenue, said point being 102.43 feet  North

27    period  of  60  months  after  the  effective  date  of  this
28    amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly by the Village of
29    Stone Park for the acquisition  of  the  following  described
30    property  located  between North Avenue and Lake Street along
31    Mannheim Road for  the  purpose  of  installation  of  public
32    safety or municipal administration buildings or redevelopment
33    of the property:

 2    SOUTH  88.40  FEET OF LOT 2) AND EXCEPTING THAT PART OF LOT 3

 4    CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE SOUTH ALONG  THE  EAST  LINE  OF
