1 AN ACT to amend the Public Utilities Act by adding
2 Section 9-244.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by adding
6 Section 9-244.5 as follows:
7 (220 ILCS 5/9-244.5 new)
8 Sec. 9-244.5. Metered delivery services. The Commission
9 shall, by rule, restructure and unbundle the metered delivery
10 services offered by gas public utilities. The Commission may
11 establish, increase, or decrease rates and charges for
12 metered delivery services of a gas utility.
