1 AN ACT to make appropriations for implementing Public Act
2 91-273.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $6,200,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the Attorney General for distribution to
8 various counties of this State for the employment of
9 Assistant State's Attorneys to prosecute alcohol-related
10 traffic offences as provided in Public Act 91-273.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 2000.
