2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1183 on page 1,
3 line 20 by changing "the" to "such"; and
4 on page 1, line 29 by changing "that the" to "that such"; and
5 on page 2, line 15 by changing "the" to "a"; and
6 on page 2, line 31 by changing "with" to "with,"; and
7 on page 3, line 11 by changing "tobacco;" to "tobacco; or";
8 and
9 on page 3, line 14 by changing "packaging or" to "packaging
10 and"; and
11 on page 5, line 20 by deleting "on and"; and
12 by replacing line 33 on page 5 and lines 1 through 10 on page
13 6 with the following:
14 "(ii) For 2000: $0.0104712 per unit
15 sold;
16 (iii) For each of 2001 and 2002:
17 $0.0136125 per unit sold;
18 (iv) For each of 2003 through 2006:
19 $0.0167539 per unit sold;
20 (v) For each of 2007 and each year

2 on page 7, by replacing lines 31 and 32 with the following:
3 "into the General Revenue Fund in an amount not to exceed 5%
4 of"; and
